The Research and Development design division unit in Tirana – Lindner Albania, is looking to recruit as soon as possible:
- Design Engineer, Facades (m/f)
- CAD - drafter, Facades (m/f)
Description of offered positions:
- Preparation of static calculations and development of cost-effective proposals regarding the type of construction and materials used for the company's projects abroad;
- Based on the current European standards, independent preparation of static calculations for parts of the project: facades for industrial and office buildings; metal and lightweight metal structures; aluminum, glass and wooden structures, as well as their fasteners; corrosion protection and earthquake load;
- Aluminum and plastic windows from different manufacturers like Alumil, Schucko,Reynares etc.
- Preparation of fabrication and ******** drawings for the structures listed;
- Individual and specific detailed solutions for specific construction sites locally and worldwide;
- Structural solutions related to special requirements for statics, fire resistance and noise protection;
Requirements:
- Higher Education - Civil Engineer, Structures; Mechanical Engineer (steel)
- Secure handling of technical and tender documentation, and ability to analyses and evaluate;
-Working
- Very good knowledge in handling CAD programs, preferably AutoCAD;
- Secure handling of Web, Email and common MS-Office-applications (especially Excel);
- Very good command of German/English;
- Ideally - experience in the construction industry, metal and steel structures;
- Highly developed technical thinking;
- Motivated to work and learn new things;
