• GAD

Monitoring and ticketing tools

• Dynatrace (monitoring)
• Jira (ticketing)

Required seniority: Mid/Junior

Additional requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
• Good knowledge of programming languages
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

The role requires availability to work in a two‑shift schedule.
