Job Position: Data Entry Specialist
Unit: E- Commerce
Location: Tirana
Summary:
The Data Entry specialist for our E-Commerce unit will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our online product listings. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage large volumes of data, and the capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The specialist will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining product-related data to provide a seamless and informative shopping experience for our customers. The role technically covers the workflow for all brands: Prenatal, Springfield, Geox, Aldo, Women Secret, Okaidi, Mango, Parfois, Carpisa, Cortefiel and reports directly to the Web Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:
- Input new product information into the system, ensuring all details such as product name, description, price, and images are accurate and up-to-date.
- Regularly review and cross-check entries to ensure data accuracy. Rectify any discrepancies in the product listings.Coordinate with different departments to collect and collate required data.
- Modify existing product listings based on updates from suppliers or changes in product specifications.
- Regularly back up the database to ensure that no data is lost. Implement and maintain version control practices.
- Prepare consolidated product lists for online sales on the company's official platform, www.fga.al, in collaboration with the Commercial Department & Brand Manager.
- Generate regular reports detailing data input activities and highlight any inconsistencies.
- Support the Online Sales Coordinator in instances of absence by sending emails regarding orders and monitoring status changes during workflow disruptions.
- Monitor the retail calendar and collaborate with the Marketing Department to track the introduction of new collections.
Competencies and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven data entry work experience, with track records of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in relevant software tools and platforms, including MS Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel) and WordPress.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian language
- Fast typing skills with an attention to detail.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
