You will actively listen to their requests and solve their problems, providing an excellent Customer Assistance service (by phone, chat, email), making you responsible for the correct resolution, technical and administrative side of faults on a fixed line and/or mobile (internet/ phone).

- Testing: carry out remote testing of the line, troubleshooting;
- Supporting: guiding the customer in configuring the line and in correctly installing the router;
- Admin: assist customers in correctly understanding the invoice, and in case of problems, their resolution.
- Commercial: Seize upsell opportunities and pass them on to the right team.
- We are looking for reliable customer oriented people who are passionate about technology;
- Advanced knowledge of the Italian language;
- High school diploma (minimum requirement).
- Proficient in using Windows and Office
- Availability to work shifts (Mon-Sun) between 08:00 and 24:00
- International working environment;
- E-learning platform with free courses and 24-hour access;

- Initial training.
