Customer Service Inbound - English
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is considering Inbound Customer Service experience in a technical/administrative/sales support phase in the Telco industry.

WHAT WILL YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR TEAM BE?
Your passion for supporting others will help you relate to customers and colleagues.

You will actively listen to their requests and solve their problems, providing excellent customer service (via phone, chat, email), making you responsible for the correct technical and administrative resolution of landline and/or mobile (internet/phone) problems.

Examples of tasks:

  • Testing: remote line testing, troubleshooting;
  • Supporting: guiding the customer in the configuration of the line and the correct installation of the router;
  • Admin: guide customers in the correct understanding of the bill, and in case of problems, their resolution.
  • Commercial: seizing upsell opportunities and passing them on to the appropriate team.
PROFILE:

  • We are looking for reliable customer-oriented people who are passionate about technology;
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language;
  • High school diploma (minimum requirement);
  • Windows and Office proficiency;
  • Availability for working on shifts (Mon-Sun) 08:00/24:00.
