For our organization we are looking for a: Customer Relationship Representative.
SUMMARY:
The Customer Relationship Representative is a role within the Business Development Department. The Customer Relationship Representative will be responsible for customer’s relationship, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions. This position reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

SUMMARY:
The Customer Relationship Representative is a role within the Business Development Department. The Customer Relationship Representative will be responsible for customer’s relationship, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions. This position reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquainting with all current accounts;
- Recognizing the needs of the customers and providing detailed information to the customer about the products/services offered by the company;
- Exploring new opportunities and making recommendations to improve the products/services;
- Providing support after the sale;
- Identifying and developing strategic alignment with key third party influencers;
- Staying abreast of market trends;
- Daily reporting of the activity;
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly activity targets;
- Checking inventory to ensure orders are in stock;
- Advising customers on different matters related to company products/services and recommending appropriate solution;
- Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of company products/services and processes;
- Managing sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning;
- Participating in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition;
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- University Degree in Business Administration or other related field;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Relationship;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel & Word;
- Excellent knowledge of English language written and spoken;
- Good verbal and written communication skills: able to prepare reports, to write clearly and informatively; able to speak clearly, good presentation skills;
- Demonstrates integrity in every aspect of work;
- Works well under pressure;
- Results orientated and problem solving skills;
- Contributes to team and company success;
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate customers’ needs and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and in the field;
- Ability to travel as required;
- Driving License B Category.
