E2 Partners Group, on behalf of its client, is looking for motivated candidates to join an amazing team in the position of Customer Care Operator (Ocean Transport).

Operational Duties:

• Communication and organizing new ocean transport bookings
• Professional and ethical communication with clients and fulfilment all business requests;
• Input all data in the operational system;
• Printing and checking incoming invoices;
• Creating and sending invoices to customers;
• Informing customers about process of inland transportation and Customs procedures, time of departures, and others important point of transport;
• Preparation of documentation for customs authorities;
• Following import monthly statistics;
• Follow up with documentation process with Line;
• Create and follow up disputes;
• Any other task requested by manager.
