Working Hours: Multishift According to LG roster Regularly
Workplace: Grand Casino Tirana (Kati -1 Hotel “Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana”)
Supervisor: Inspector & above

Brief description of the work:
• Attending all training sessions and shifts according to actual roster; active and conscientious attitude
• Dealing all Casino Games on gaming tables; providing clients with superior service
• Opening and closing of gaming tables; performing counts
• Accurately recording of attendance
• Coming to work perfectly prepared, rested, concentrated and with exemplary appearance
• Comply with all internal rules, procedures and policies
• Responsible to report any discrepancies to the above
• Dealer is fully responsible for all entrusted items: uniform, gaming chips, playing cards and other items related to dealing of games

Direct:
• Follow the orders of the employer and your supervisor
• Comply with internal Procedures & Policies

Other obligations:
• Work conscientiously and properly according to your strength, knowledge and skills
• Comply with the instructions of the employer and the authorized manager and to comply with the principles of mutual cooperation with other employees
• Make full use of working hours and work aids to perform the work entrusted to it, in accordance with occupational health and safety and fire protection
• Maintain confidentiality of facts which the employee has learned while working with the employer and which cannot be disclosed to other persons in the interest of the employer
