We are seeking to welcome a qualified and dynamic Business Reporting & Product Manager (Band 4T), part of Corporate & SME Division, reporting directly to the Manager of Business Development of Corporate & SME Division.

Overall Job Definition

Business Reporting & Product Owner
assists in the preparation of the correct and accurate deliveries, respecting the deadlines of the reports and analyses provided for the Bank’s and third parties users. Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process, prepare the reports, and results analysis in a timely manner and with accuracy. Focus on updating existing products & services or launching new ones in lending and non-lending. Focus on digital projects.

Detyrat​

Main Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with the Business Development Manager and Head of Corporate & SME Division and in close cooperation with all relevant departments/units, assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and updates of it when necessary.
  • Assist in preparation of accurate standard reports and other operational/credit/ financial information to external parties when requested.
  • Assist in creating/building/maintaining new reports when needed, based on new product or based on management requests.
  • Assist in preparation and updating the periodical presentations such as Board Presentation (quarterly).
  • Assist in preparation for the BU Profitability for Corporate and Corporate Relationship Managers and for SME, and SME’s Relationship Officers.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on the target achieved on a monthly, quarterly basis and yearly basis.
  • Assist in monitoring business entities’ account opening on categorizing properly the business entities that are managed under the Corporate & SME Division.
  • Prepare specific KPI for each sales member of Corporate & SME and monitor their achievements.
  • Follow up Audit findings and materialize them.
  • Manage the Audit reporting with sales staff and respective bodies requiring such information.
  • Monitoring: Business Volume from each Officer, Marketing list (target clients, visits).
  • Preparing Budget for SME & Corporate.
  • Assist in preparing Offers on preferential rates; prepare Pricing for business customers that bear preferential rates and maintain reports on group of customers that bear preferential rates.
  • Attend all training provided by the bank which is related to his/her work and to thrive to do his/her job as well as possible.

Kualifikimet​

Requirements
Profile competences:
  • Bachelor/master’s degree in economy or relevant fields.
  • Basic knowledge of banking concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and budgeting concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
