Business Development Representative
Overview:At InfoSoft Business Solutions we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our company’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential target markets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Understand client needs and present tailored software development solutions to address their business challenges.
- Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software development industry, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the software development or IT sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate software solutions to clients.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
