Position: Business development Manager
Department: Sales Department
Location: Tirana

Key responsibilities:
- Daily presence in the market at Retail and Distributor level;
- Product Business Development as per Company s strategy;
- Identifying and supporting the new Sales Strategy and opportunities in the market. Build, develop, maintain a good relationship;
- Identify and initiate best marketing and sales activities most efficiently according to the Brands Sales Policy;
- Prepares and caries out specific attributions as Product Manager : Products presentations, Products tests, Sales Reps Coaching/Trainings, organising Cooking Shows; Positionin of the Proudct into deticated Retail Area,
- Develops and implements the sales & marketing support plans through related distributors and KA;
- Develops and executes sales, manages the promo plans & investments for Partners; Analysing the PSI Report and prepare for the new orders and Fore Casts.
- Market research/reporting;
- Daily reporting, working in SalesForce;
- Supports Partners in achieving the Targets;
- Motivates and supports distributors’ sales force;
- Monitors and analyses the competitors activity;
- Fulfilment of the task(s) agreed with the Partners;
- Co-operates with marketing and other departments in order to achieve maximum brand visibility and successful business;
- Collect and report information regarding market situation;
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Job experiences: 2 year experience preferred
Other qualification:
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of Excel intermediate level

A suitable candidate should meet the following requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Sales Field ,
- Work in a similar position in an international company is an advantage;
- Very Good communication skills in Albanian and English;
- Ability to work in international environment;
- Secondary school education completed by graduation;
- Understanding of financial aspects of cooperation with clients;
- A communicative, assertive person with a good knowledge of negotiation techniques;
- Analytical and numerical skills;
- Excellent time-management (effective planning and execution) and project management;
- Good command of MS Office (primarily Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint);
- Result orientation, understanding and perception of customer needs, analytical skills and creative thinking;
- Drive to acquire new business and building healthy relationships in business;
- Team player with motivational and supporting drive, passionate, open for development and assertive, responsible personality with high work commitment, resistant to stress Driven by customers’ needs and challenges;
- Eager to learn continuously and add value to business via own activities;
- Good at building healthy relationships in business;
- Driving license B - active driver;
- Availability for travelling;
- Suitable candidate should be from Tirana or near surroundings
