Your mission is simple:

This role is designed for someone who wants to evolve from Business Developer → Strategic Lead → Future Partner

What You Will Do
Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and acquire new clients and strategic partnerships
  • Develop relationships with SMEs, founders, corporates and ecosystem players
  • Support proposal writing and opportunity development
  • Help expand the company’s market presence internationally
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth
Consulting & Client Delivery
  • Support and partially lead consulting engagements
  • Participate in innovation, sustainability and transformation projects
  • Contribute to workshops, strategy sessions and client presentations
  • Assist in project coordination and implementation
Positioning & Thought Leadership
  • Support company visibility and market positioning
  • Contribute ideas for new services and business models
  • Strengthen Koestinger’s role within entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems
Who We Are Looking For

Required Background & Experience

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of total professional experience
2–3 years in a top-tier consulting environment (Big 4 / Big 5 preferred)
Exposure to:
  • strategy
  • transformation
  • digitalization
  • sustainability
  • SME advisory
  • innovation programs
  • Client-facing experience is essential
  • Exposure to business development or sales is highly desirable
Education
  • Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Strategy
  • IT
or related fields

Languages
Excellent English (C1/C2)
German is a strong asset
Additional languages are a plus

International Exposure
Experience in international projects, export initiatives or cross-border collaboration is highly valued.
