Business Development & Growth
We are not searching for a traditional consultant. We are searching for someone with:
Required Background & Experience
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of total professional experience
2–3 years in a top-tier consulting environment (Big 4 / Big 5 preferred)
Exposure to:
Languages
Excellent English (C1/C2)
German is a strong asset
Additional languages are a plus
International Exposure
Experience in international projects, export initiatives or cross-border collaboration is highly valued.

What You Will Do
Business Development & Growth
- Identify and acquire new clients and strategic partnerships
- Develop relationships with SMEs, founders, corporates and ecosystem players
- Support proposal writing and opportunity development
- Help expand the company’s market presence internationally
- Contribute directly to revenue growth
- Support and partially lead consulting engagements
- Participate in innovation, sustainability and transformation projects
- Contribute to workshops, strategy sessions and client presentations
- Assist in project coordination and implementation
- Support company visibility and market positioning
- Contribute ideas for new services and business models
- Strengthen Koestinger’s role within entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems
