About the job
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support and enhance our human resources operations across Telelink Infra. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HRIS management, and administrative processes—ensuring efficient HR workflows and compliance with all company and legal requirements.
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administering monthly payroll, including attendance, benefits, and deductions in accordance with legal and internal policies.
- Supporting onboarding and induction processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
- Preparing employment contracts, HR documentation, and regular HR reports.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal standards.
- Monitoring key HR metrics such as turnover and training participation.
- Assisting in employee engagement initiatives, performance management activities, and culture development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with Albanian labor legislation and internal company regulations.
- Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
To do this as a professional, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of Albanian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Good command of the English language, written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Motivation and willingness to grow within a dynamic and technologically driven environment.
