In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support for our SINUM Building Automation System (BAS), working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout project implementation and commissioning. Key Responsibilities​

• Provide technical support for SINUM Building Automation Systems.
• Deliver daily technical assistance to colleagues and partners.
• Support project commissioning both remotely and on-site.
• Configure, parameterize, and optimize software settings.
• Perform software and hardware testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Participate in technical meetings and contribute to project development.
• Ensure successful implementation and optimal performance of automation systems.

Requirements​

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
• A strong interest in building automation and control technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A systematic approach and strong technical mindset.
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong communication skills in a technical environment.
• A precise, reliable, and proactive attitude.

Technical Background​

• Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Building mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering
• HVAC systems
• Structured computer networks
• Communication protocols such as Modbus, MQTT, HTTP, REST API, or similar
• Software configuration and parameterization
• System testing, commissioning, and debugging
