EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an authorized Importer & Distributor of a leading worldwide Alcohol producer, is looking for a Brand Manager.

Major responsibilities:


  • Participates in the development of marketing concepts according to the assigned brand strategy;
  • Prepare marketing plans in accordance with the strategy and local legislation, with emphasis on the periods and duration of activities, required budgets and necessary funds;
  • Initiate, maintain and further develop contact to diverse external service providers, conduct contract negotiations and ensure their appropriate briefing;
  • Monitors and analyzes the market and the position of the product group on the market - monitors the growth of the market and market share, distribution, positioning and exposure of the products and submits regular reports;
  • In cooperation with the sales team, is actively involved in the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, for all relevant buyers divided by sales channels;
  • Deals with the low-turnover items and prepares a plan for their sale in coordination with the Sales Team;
  • On the basis of analysis and comparison, independently or in agreement with the Corporate BM & Principal, prepares the proposal for actions and projects to improve the visibility and sales of the brand;
  • Identifies the competition and their activities, reports on the competitors strengths and weaknesses, and supports the sales teams to build and consolidate the positions of the product group;
  • Creates marketing budgets according to Corporate BM / Principal’s and management’s requests.

Requirements for this position are:


  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields;
  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager in Distribution/FMCG (previous experience in spirits is a MUST);
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (MUST);
  • Budget management skills;
  • Very good communication, negotiation and management skills;
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Driver’s license - active driver.
