For our client - an international group operating in the sector of sale, distribution and import of food and beverage products in Albania and Southeast European markets, Dimension HR is looking for a BRAND MANAGER (Beer Category)
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
BM reports to the Brand Development Manager and is responsible to accomplish following tasks:
- Market research and analyses. BM is responsible carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Brand strategies. Based on brand guideline and market analyses, develops strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and on-line platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and build the credibility of brands. Brand Plans should include Kpi-s and ROI
- KPIs/ROI of projects. Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns (KPI achievement, ROI), recommendation for improvement and reporting.
- Events & materials. Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots based on annual programs of the brands, approved in the beginning of the year. Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding, supporting local marketing and trade managers.
- Clients & team work. Meeting with clients at least twice a month and working with colleagues across multiple departments (marketing managers and sales). Part of the implementation of the program is done through the sales force and which requires to go through different ways (marketing managers, sales, purchases, finances, law, supply chain, etc.)
- Reporting & presentation. BM prepares brand reports monthly or as per instruction by BDM as well as other reports and brand studies as per need. BM presents campaign to the personnel involved prior to activities ensuring to send the message across to everyone.
- Others. BM is ready to perform other duties as per company needs within the scope of the contract and country legislation.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: University Degree in Economics/ Marketing
Work Experiences: The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience in International Markets. At least 4 years of work experience in the position of Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in using the MS Office suite.
- Advanced skills in presentations, in the use of mail and the Internet.
- Proven skills in budget management.
- Very good knowledge of English and Albanian, spoken and written.
- Category B driving license.
