EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, a world’s leading of premium domestic appliances, is currently recruiting a Brand Activation Manager for Albania & Kosovo.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement effective promotional campaigns for the respective markets in collaboration with the Marketing Director;
• Elevate consumer experience and engagement with targeted brand activities;
• Develop a brand activation calendar ensuring company’s marketing goals are met;
• Identify needs and generate ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
• Track effectiveness and performance of marketing & communication campaigns to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy;
• Respond on time to market (consumers) reactions and act early on to maximize company’s brand growth and awareness;
• Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels according to brand’s guidelines;
• Perform market visits to better understand consumer’s needs and brand positioning;
• Keep up to date with the latest market trends, conduct regular market research and analysis to evaluate trends and competition;
• Work with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand programs and initiatives.

Requirements for this position are:

• University degree;
• At least 3+ years’ experience in sales/trade marketing or in advertising & marketing agency;
• Analytical skills, target and result orientation;
• Business acumen and excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Innovation and flexible in combining work & travel duties;

• Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
