We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented specialist to join our Back Office team. This position is essential for the smooth operation of the company’s internal processes, providing administrative and technical support to other departments, and ensuring the accurate management of data and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- As Data Entry Clerk, you will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Verify and accurately encode payment details using various secure online banking platforms, without engaging in direct fund handling.
- Review and verify the accuracy of customer payment records to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on transaction channels and systems to confirm functionality and prevent processing issues.
- Audit daily transaction logs and assist the finance or operations team by identifying discrepancies, inconsistencies, or data mismatches.
- Monitor payment activity and investigate any anomalies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure all entries align with approved payment schedules and company protocols.
- Process and document requests for amendments, cancellations, or corrections to submitted payment records.
- Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date records in the company database for tracking, audit, and compliance purposes.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing transaction reviews, identified issues, and resolution updates for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve payment data accuracy, streamline workflows, and reduce entry errors.
- Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information and uphold all company compliance requirements.
- Perform any other duties related to quality control, data validation, or operational support as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of the English language (B2 Level).
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
