Back Office Specialist on Treasury Products - Treasury Operations Department

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for performing financial operations in multiple banking platforms and on several financial products.
• Verification of deals, Transactions Processing, confirmation and settlements, payments, accounting entries. Investigation of discrepancies.
• Correct Recording/Authorizing accounting entries and perform banking accounts reconciliations.
• Securities/Loans Setup process, Documentations checking, Deal Validations, monitoring of corporate actions.
• Managing covenant monitoring and compliance reporting for the internal/ external entities.
• Need to be involved to check /make test cases for upgrading banking Systems.

• Maintenance, registration into banking systems on limits of the counterparties for banks/ Financial Institutions/Corporates. Monitoring on daily basis the changes into report level and keeping/update the database for counterparties.

• Other duties as defined by the superiors.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economic’ related faculties.
• Very good level of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• To possess the properties required by the internal Bank regulations.
• To be creative, inquisitive, and responsible.
• Able to work overtime as the job requires so.
• Be honest, dependable and trustworthy.
• Very good knowledge of Windows & MS Office, especially in Excel files.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in securities operations as Specialist/ Senior Specialist in BKT or outside of BKT.
