Back office & logistics employee
Position Objective
Perform all tasks involving the use of the ERP system (sales, finance, purchasing, and inventory). Communicate with customers regarding order status, account balances, and payments.

Back office & logistics employee
Position Objective
Perform all tasks involving the use of the ERP system (sales, finance, purchasing, and inventory). Communicate with customers regarding order status, account balances, and payments.
Main Duties
- Handle cashier duties and customer orders.
- Follow up Customer Orders.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries about order status.
- Register customer orders on ERP and send confirmations to customers.
- Issue Delivery notes, Invoices & Proformas.
- Check prices validity on Invoices and Proformas.
- Register receipts/payments from customers on ERP.
- Matches payments with corresponding invoices.
- Record store expenses, supplier receipts and invoices, and activate item codes in the ERP system.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics or Economic Engineering.
- Good command of the English language
- Required Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Outlook
