Position: ATM and POS Specialist
Sector: Head of e-Channels Sector
Department: Projects, Organization and E-Channels
Division: Operational

Key roles & responsibilities

• Manage and keep under control the offsite ATMs of OTP Network and ATMs from partnership with ATM provider (monitor the ATM performance and cash replenishment needs, report to his direct supervisor if identified any potential risk on the ATMs)
• Manage and supervise ATM service operations, ATM performance, and ATM incident
• Management, ATM installations and configuration.
• In charge for knowing, using, and improving cards applications process and systems
• Responsible to Write the Procedure for installing new ATMs branch and offsite and be in charge for following the process to installing ATMs
• Manage card applications related tasks (opening, closing, limits change, card replacement, PIN reset, card blocking/stoppage, card renewals, physical card destruction, cards inventory) and perform weekly reconciliation of the cards and PIN delivery.
• Stand by for ATM monitoring 2 weeks/month from 17:30 – 19:00 during working days and from 08:00 – 19:00 during weekends
• Responsible for the projects of deploying new branch/offsite ATMs,
• Analyze the customer claims for the transactions on ATM
• Report the ATM faults to Local IT or to the ATM provider and maintain follow up the SLA with the ATM providers.
• Responsible for ATM reconciliation process,
• Be updated and regularly informed and work for implementations on the master card and visa mandates
• Be updated and regularly informed of all new Operations procedures written by the respective sector.

Required skills

• University Degree, Banking or Finance profile (preferred)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in cards business/domain
• Very good communication abilities
• Very good abilities to work in group in order to better handle duties inside and out of the Projects
• Good organizational abilities and honest
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of on computer use
