Asst. Specialist/Specialist - Internal Control Department
Tasks
• Preferable to have experience in Banking (experience in treasury front office/back office/ market risk/finance & accounting) but are accepted also applications without previous experience
• University degree (preferred Finance/Accounting/Economics/Mathematics/Statistic/ Economic Informatics)
• For application by students the criterion of Average Grade more than 8 is required
• Excellent PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of staff, management and across multiple business functions
• Proficiency in business English required (verbal & written)
• Strong analytical abilities and skills to define objectives, priorities, collects and analyze data, data interpretation by drawing valid conclusions and good reporting skills.
• Effective organization and time management skills
Requirements
• Perform ongoing controls over the Treasury activity
• Ensure control sign off on each stage of monitoring process
• Review and understand end to end processes, risks and controls by means of process walkthroughs
• Undertake analysis, deep dives and/or other reviews as directed to establish root cause of control failures and recommend improvements
• Prepare clear and concise results of the monitoring process, presented in the report to governing bodies by including identification of practical recommendations and solutions
• Monitor and report on the implementation of action plans where the need for corrective action is identified.
