Asst. Manager - Treasury Operations Department

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for performing treasury operations in multiple banking platforms and on several financial products.
• Verification of deals, Transactions Processing, confirmation, settlements, payments, accounting entries for FX, MM, Margins, Repo. Investigation of discrepancies
• Correct Recording and perform banking accounts reconciliations.
• Securities/Loans Setup process, Documentations checking, Deal Validations, monitoring of corporate actions.
• Custody Service Process/ Settlements
• Managing covenant monitoring and compliance reporting for the internal/ external entities.
• To have a good knowledge for treasury products and all the transactions to be in compliance with the Bank of Albania regulations and internal rules at all times, when and as required by the legislations.
• Maintenance, registration into banking systems on limits of the counterparties for banks/ Financial Institutions/Corporates. Monitoring on daily basis the changes into report level and keeping/update the database for counterparties.
• Cash Flows monitoring and cash vault management.
• Other duties as defined by the superiors.

Skills/Qualifications:

• To possess the properties required by the internal Bank regulations.
• To have experience in the banking sector.
• To have PC skills.
• To be graduated from of a university, preferably from finance, economics.
• To be creative, inquisitive, and responsible.
• To be harmonious and positive in human relations.
• Has good command of English.
• Able to work overtime as the job requires so.
• Be honest, dependable and trustworthy.
