ASCENDISMED International is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Albania office, located in Tirana.
This role involves managing and executing administrative support activities for ASCENDISMED operations in Albania.
Reporting directly to the Country Director, the successful candidate will work closely with clients’ representatives, ASCENDISMED medical teams,
and the finance department to ensure seamless operations.
The Administrative Assistant will also oversee procurement functions to guarantee cost-efficient use of resources.

Qualifications and Skills:
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
· At least three years of prior experience in a similar role is required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Skills in database management, spreadsheet handling, and presentation software.
· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
· Ability to foster a cooperative and collaborative work environment.
· Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
