As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Accounting Assistant to support our finance department with day-to-day operations and ensure our records are accurate, organized, and up to date.

💼 Role Overview
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the broader finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in the field of accounting and finance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and invoice processing
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
Process staff expense reports and petty cash
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments
Assist in internal audits and financial reporting
Provide general administrative support to the finance department

✅ Qualifications
Degree (or ongoing studies) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1+ years of experience in an accounting support or finance role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
