You will act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through implementation, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our products.

You will act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through implementation, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs, goals, and challenges to deliver effective software solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication.
- Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, introducing additional features or services that bring added value.
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless client onboarding and contract renewals.
- Advocate for client interests within the company, ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, gather feedback, and monitor client satisfaction.
- Provide reports and insights on account health, usage, and key performance metrics.
- A degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales in the software or technology sector.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
- Strong familiarity with software solutions, SaaS platforms, and IT systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle client issues proactively.
- Experience with upselling, contract renewals, and contributing to business development.
