About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to support our growing team. This role is critical in managing client relationships, assisting our Sales Representatives with presale activities, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer. You will work closely with both our clients and internal teams to guarantee exceptional service, drive satisfaction, and support long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support Sales Representatives in presale processes, including proposal preparation, account research, and coordinating documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align internal resources and timelines for client needs.
- Monitor project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all milestones are met with quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client goals to offer tailored solutions and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on account health, project status, and key metrics.
- Proactively manage issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Keep all activity and communication properly documented in the CRM system.
- Participate in virtual meetings, calls, and client follow-ups during working hours (9AM–5PM EST).
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and support presale efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative attitude with a client-first mindset.
Compensation
- Starting salary: 70,000 ALL/month
