Job Overview
Elite Jobs International, on behalf of its client, a high-end restaurant in Tirana, is looking for a Marketing & Tourism Specialist with experience in the tourism and marketing sector. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism partners.
- Promote the restaurant as a preferred dining destination for tour groups and international visitors.
- Identify and contact tour operators bringing tourists to Albania.
- Coordinate with hotels, tour guides, and tourism companies to bring guests to the restaurant.
- Assist with group reservations and special dining arrangements for tour groups.
- Support marketing activities including social media posting and basic content updates.
- Help promote the restaurant through online platforms and promotional materials.
- Monitor tourism trends and suggest ideas to increase international guests.
- University Degree in related fields
- Experience in tourism, travel agencies, hospitality, and/or marketing.
- Good network or familiarity with tour operators and tourism businesses.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
