A multinational Company, with a long-standing presence in Albania, is seeking for a warehouse clerk.

Applicants will be responsible for the following:

• Pick and pack: Follow the procedures of preparation of the parcels and ensure that all the parcels are sent out according to company policies.
• Receiving the shipments, entering the imports in AS400 warehousing, detailed physical check and report of any discrepancy or products incompatibility.
• Assisting warehouse reports as required ( master data controls and reconciliation, entering data)
• Strictly follows safety codes and FIFO procedures and control for expiry dates and report to WH Manager.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager
• Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the storehouse and inventories.
• Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
• Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution.
• Maintains optimal physical condition of warehouse; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Perform facilities maintenance.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Higher education diploma
• Knowledge of English language as well as basic computer skills (Word, Excel programs etc)
• Similar experience and ability to work in a team.
• Driving license class B

• Mban të dhëna për të gjitha aktivitetet dhe proçeset që i përkasin dhe merr pjese në inventaret periodike.
• Identifikon dëmtimin, humbjen ose tepricën e mallrave dhe materialeve të depozituara ne magazine.
• Vendos mallrat në paleta ose rafte për shpërndarje.
• Ruan gjendjen fizike optimale të ambjentit te punes dhe kryen mirëmbajtjen e nevojshme.

Kërkesat minimale për pozicionin vakant:

• Diplomë e arsimit të lartë
• Njohje e gjuhës angleze dhe programeve Word, Excel, etj
• Eksperienca të ngjashme dhe aftesi për të punuar në grup.
• Leje drejtimi për automjet e klasit B
