Senior Specialist - Card Operations Department
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To support branches and call center with customer inquiries
  • Preparing periodic reports regarding ATM cash discrepancies within Bank network
  • Dayli Monitoring of ATM cash discrepancies reports from the branches
  • Work closely with the technical team related system malfunction of ATM’s
  • Close follow up on POS operational activities, such as requests for reverse/refund, slip entry transactions, Duplicate transaction etc.
  • Manage audit, risk and finance requests to ensure smooth operation activities
  • Act as the point of contact with other banks domestic/international to resolve customer queries relating to Pos/ATM operational activities.
  • Close communication with Card Processor in sending the required document for acquiring chargeback in accordance with the international card rules
  • To open a file for each acquiring dispute and to keep the documents in its custody
  • To inform the Branch regarding the result or stage of the disputes, or when the procedure is finalized
  • To prepare the required reports regarding the chargeback procedures,
  • Reconciliation of chargeback acquirer cases
  • Capable of working effectively and productively with subordinate team members
  • To perform other duties given by Department Manager
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors or Master(preferred) degree on Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • To have very good accounting knowledge
  • To have analytical skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within Cards Operation
  • Fluent knowledge of English language in written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (excel word, etc.)
