Position Title: Sales Support

Location: Offices and warehouse located 2, 2 km from Kombinat(6 km from Tirana center)
Job Summary - Primary Duty: Seeking an experienced sales support operator to support existing and new clients.
Secondary Duties: The successful candidate will be able to work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested clients into long-term customers.
He must be able to forecast sales and effectively report results in order to build and follow up sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Manage multiple accounts
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Maintain records of sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Forecast sales, develop sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
- Meet sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep up with the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to Management
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
Kualifikimet
Requirements
- Proven working experience as Sales Support or sales representative
- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Solid thinking
- Teamwork mentality and cooperation skills
- Studies in marketing or economics will be appreciated (optional )
- Computer skills and competence in Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel, etc )
- Foreign languages: Very good working knowledge of English Language ( Necessary )
- Good working knowledge of Greek language will be appreciated (optional )
- Private means of transport to and from the company facility (Necessary )
