Job Title: Russian-Speaking Intake Specialist

Remote (Working Hours: 3 PM - 11 PM Albania Time Zone)

Position Overview: As a Russian-Speaking Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Russian-speaking clients. You will handle client inquiries, gather essential information, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This is a full-time, remote position with a schedule of 3 PM to 11 PM (Albania time zone).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Russian-speaking clients.
  • Collect and verify client information, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our services and assist clients with initial requests.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate follow-up and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications with clients in our CRM system.
  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Russian (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal teams.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or intake specialist role is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM (Albania Time Zone).
  • Stable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
