Position Overview: As a Russian-Speaking Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Russian-speaking clients. You will handle client inquiries, gather essential information, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This is a full-time, remote position with a schedule of 3 PM to 11 PM (Albania time zone).

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Russian-speaking clients.
- Collect and verify client information, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Provide clear and concise information about our services and assist clients with initial requests.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate follow-up and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications with clients in our CRM system.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
- Fluent in Russian (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal teams.
- Prior experience in a customer service or intake specialist role is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM (Albania Time Zone).
