TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a focused, detail orientated individual who possesses creative problem-solving skills to join our Development and Customer Experience Department in the following position:
Overall Job Definition
The Retail Business Analyst will be responsible for preparation of reports and business analysis, specifications and implementation for each segment (mass/affluent/sbl and freelancer), Target Monitoring and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis of retail customers for each segment needs and ensure the accuracy of information in collaboration with relevant departments (MIS or IT);
- Analyzes, define and interpret business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting and validating the functional and technical requirements referring to retail business activity;
- Makes recommendations on how to set-up and incorporate the internal processes of segmentation in the system;
- Provides quantity and quality assurance of delivered data and reports to business users;
- Provides training and assistance to users for generation of ad-hoc reports using the reporting and BI Platform of the bank;
- Provides support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for business users;
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annually reports and ensure the accuracy of reported information;
- Prepares technical reports and analysis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends for budgeting purpose;
Competencies / Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics or related fields;
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Banking sector, preferably in similar positions;
- Very good business perception / insight;
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis;
- Strong technical & analytical skills;
- Ability to work with high volume & tight deadline environment;
- Very good communications skills;
- Proficient with core software applications, including advanced knowledge in Excel Microsoft applications, knowledge on BI;
- Very good knowledge of English language in written and spoken;
