Network Expert

Purpose of the position: Administer, Implement & Maintain Corporate Data Network Infrastructure.

Main Tasks:

• Install, Maintain & Support the Corporate Data Network and Inter-networking infrastructure.
• Design, implement and maintain the Corporate Data Network Security Policy
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and other security appliances
• Implement & Maintain Corporate Data Network IP Addressing Policy.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the corporate data network.
• Maintain & Support the Corporate Shops Data Network Edge infrastructure.
• Perform standby duties as per company needs.

Education: University Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or other similar branches.

Experience and Qualifications: At least 2 years of previous related experience.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with network security tools and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS),
• Excellent analytical, planning, organization and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Package,
• Highly proficient on Data Network elements and infrastructure,
• English Language well spoken and written,
• Good communication skills, very good skills in identifying and solving problems, availability to work overtime, shifts, stand-by, working outside of the city, technical difficulties, etc.
