Position: Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing & PR Department

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania, is currently seeking to hire a hardworking, creative and motivated candidate to join Marketing & PR Department in the position of Marketing Specialist.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible to ensure and correctly position updated bank’s informational and advertising materials with the purpose to increase product awareness and promote the positive image of the bank. To provide and organize advertising and promotional activities in co-operation with external partners to support the business goals when is required. He/ she will be required to move within Albania which will occupy 40% of his/her time.

Responsibilites:

Good knowledge in banking sector and in banking products and services offered by the bank as well as all current advertising campaigns and promotional activities;
To ensure and provide to the branches updated advertising and informational materials as well as all supportive elements. To supervise their correct positioning;
To supervise the correct implementation of the branch’s corporate policy;
Visit all the branches quarterly, prepare reports, and describe recommendations;
To organize and execute advertising and promotional activities (BTL);
To apply his/her professional knowledge in order to ensure better logistic, production and distribution of the bank’s advertising and informational materials as well as all the other necessary elements;
To have a good cooperation with all bank’s structural units as well as bank’s subcontractors in order to ensure smooth working process and aims achievement;
To supervise image/corporate campaigns and align with HQ;
Person key of the bank for daily and monthly media monitoring service offers by Monitoring Agency. Updating specific banking staff with daily reports;
On charge to maintain daily activities & updating of Internet & Intranet;

Required experience:

5 years’ experience in a similar position is recommended or in a Marketing Agency;

Required education:

Holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant qualification . Master is considered a plus.

Required competencies / skills:

Very good knowledge of English language
Very good working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
Good sense of graphic design and space arrangement;
Organizational skills;
Teamwork skills;
Achievement and result orientation;
Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities;
Analytical skills;
Communication abilities;
Ability to move within the country;
