TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a qualified and creative candidate to join Marketing & PR Department on temporary basis (maternity leave replacement) in the position:

Overall Job Definition
The Marketing Officer shall ensure and correctly position updated bank’s informational and advertising materials with the purpose to increase product awareness and promote the positive image of the bank. To provide and organize advertising and promotional activities in co-operation with external partners to support the business goals when is required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provides to the branches updated advertising and informational materials as well as all supportive elements and ensures they are changed and correctly positioned;
  • Supervises the correct implementation of the branch’s corporate policy;
  • Visits all the branches on quarterly basis, prepares reports, and describes recommendations;
  • Organizes and executes advertising and promotional activities (BTL);
  • Applies his/her professional knowledge in order to ensure better logistic, production and distribution of the bank’s advertising and informational materials as well as all the other necessary elements;
  • Has a good cooperation with all bank’s structural units as well as bank’s subcontractors in order to ensure smooth working process and achievement of objectives;
  • Supervises image/corporate campaigns and align with HQ;
  • Serves as key person of the bank for daily and monthly media monitoring service offered by Monitoring Agency; Updates specific banking staff with daily reports;
  • Responsible for maintaining daily activities & updating of Internet & Intranet;

Competencies / Skills:
  • University degree in Economy, Marketing profile or related field;
  • Min 3+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in banking sector;
  • Has very good knowledge on products and services offered by a bank as well as all advertising campaigns and promotional activities;
  • Good sense of graphic design and space arrangement;
  • Very good organizational skills;
  • Able to take initiatives and result oriented;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Very good team work & Collaboration;
  • Able to travel within the country when requested;
  • Very good knowledge of English language in written and oral;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
