Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares and Drafts contracts and agreements with third parties, for acquisition of goods and services;
• Issuing legal opinion on proxy, specific transactions,
• Due diligence on legal documents of companies or other entities etc;
• Representing the bank in the court cases civile and administrative as well as preparation of all necessary acts related with the litigation;
• Legal watch activity, issuing legal opinion related with the new law application;
• Legal opinion on new bank product or extend of the existing one.

Profile of duty

• To have graduated from Law Faculties, offering a minimum 4-year education program and any other domestic and/or foreign university,
• To have the required properties determined in the Human Resources Policy Manual,
• To have the ability to represent and co-ordinate,
• PC Knowledge in user level,
• Successful in human relations,
• Reliable, patient and Careful,
• To be able to travel,
• To have driver license,
• To use initiatives,
• To be able to work overtime for the job.
