Lawyer For Drafting Loan Agreements - Loan Operations Department​

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensures that loan agreements include the approved terms and conditions/specific conditions as set in the credit approval;
  • Provides consent to the Branch regarding loan agreements to be signed with the customer; controls the completion of documentation for loan disbursements and corrects in accordance with the credit approval; provides consent for disbursement within the instructions of the superior;
  • Coordinates relations with relevant departments, in terms of evaluating the legal and collateral documentation presented by the loan applicants;
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in contract drafting, preferably contracts used in Banking sector (loan, mortgage, pledge etc.)
  • Previous experience in the banking sector will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Hard working and result oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
