TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a qualified candidate to join the Real Estate Objects (REO) Department in the position:

Overall Job Definition
The Internal Evaluator will be responsible for control and oversees the evaluation activity of the bank’s collaterals, in accordance with the internal policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensures proper support of the lending activities of the Bank for all segments of loan portfolio Retail and Business Portfolio) in the field of collateral’s evaluations offered as security;
  • Coordinates and monitors the overall evaluation process activity of the bank in cooperation with the respective bank’s structure in order to ensure delivering of the appropriate service to the bank’s customer;
  • Ensures compliance with the relevant internal policies/procedures of the bank;
  • Cooperates with other organizational/operational structures of the Bank, and third parties as well (independent evaluators);
  • Ensures that the collaboration with the independent evaluators is in compliance with the Bank’s evaluation activity requirements and oversees adherence to their contractual obligations.
  • Check and review all evaluations reports prepared by the independent evaluators appointed by the bank;


Competencies / Skills:
  • University degree in Construction Engineering or related field;
  • First Grade Professional License for exercising the activity of Evaluator;
  • Min 3+ years of experience in similar positions/property evaluation;
  • Excellent knowledge on real estate market and related legislation;
  • Very good team work & Collaboration;
  • Very good analytical and judgment skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language in written and oral;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft package and AutoCAD;
