Job Title: Deposit Sales Dealer
Division: Treasury and Financial Markets
Reports to: Head of Treasury and Financial Markets Division


TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is currently seeking to hire a hardworking and proactive Deposit Sales Dealer to join Treasury and Financial Markets Division.


The Deposit Sales dealer will be responsible for the creation and management of the deposit portfolio with preferential interest rates and the ongoing monitoring of costs related with the deposit products. The candidate should have a clear knowledge of the deposit products offered by the bank.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Create and manage deposit portfolio with preferential interest rates in line with the bank's strategy;
• Have Instant communication with business lines / clients regarding deposit activity;
• Responsible for following the whole process, from the quoting until the approval of the preferential interest rates on customer deposits, in line with the internal and defined limits in ALCO;
• Monitor and control bank deposit balances and their respective costs, by product and by currency;
• Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of the deposits treated with preferential interest rates, in regards of the balances and respective costs, by product and by currency;
• Prepare periodic and extraordinary reports on activity, traded volumes and costs, according to products type and clients categories;
• Provide support to the other Treasury Desks;
• Show willingness to accept higher responsibilities as and when required;

Required experience:

• 5 years minimum of experience in the banking system – Preferred experience in the field of deposits;

Required education:

• Bachelor in Economy;
• Other related Diplomas;

Required competencies / skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Organized and attention to detail;
• Knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines that impact the activity covered;
• Writing reports;
• Knowledge of using MS Office applications;
• Be able to work under stress and show initiative;
• Professional knowledge and use of English (spoken and written);
