Dream Pharma is looking for a seasoned and diligent Country Manager (Female) in the Sales and Marketing Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be responsible for managing some of the Medical Representatives, such as permanent recruitment, sales, quality targets;
To maintain long term relationship with actual Clients and to be the central point of contact for new partnerships;
To maintain relationship with Healthcare Professionals to help them identify cases where they can prescribe our products for the benefit of their patients.
To communicate the product benefits to potential relevant customers
To produce business performance reports, on a monthly basis;
To manage staff and to monitor their performance;
To promote companies’ events, campaigns, sponsorships
To work closely with the CEO of the Group to inform, promote and deliver the Corporate Partnerships strategy;

REQUIREMENTS:

University graduate, preferably from Business Administration, Pharmacology or Medicine departments,
Has at least five years experience in Pharmaceutical Market,
Has strong communication skills, both written and oral,
Has strong negotiation skills,
Has computer skills, (Excel& Word& PP)
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Able to travel extensively.
