TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a proactive candidate who enjoys dealing with customers to join Cards Department on temporary basis, in the following position:
Overall Job Definition
The Cards Operations Specialist ensures the smooth running of daily debit and credit cards operations and overall operational activities during the card lifecycle in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations in force.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supports branch and related departments with information on credit/debit cards and related issues
- Activation of the new credit cards based on branch activation request forms
- Execute the procedure of closing account with customer requests based on Bank’s procedures.
- Credit card closure for lost/stolen cases and replacement based on procedure
- Execute procedure of emit new PIN of Credit Card based on customer’s request
- Input and execute Monetary transactions related Crediting & Debiting of Credit Card according to different cases of usage cards activity.
- Execute the Modifications in ICCS related to Credit Cards (client’s address, name, phone number, standing order etc.)
- Create or Delete ADDON Credit Card based on client’s request and respective signed forms
- Cards & PIN-s delivery process, taking care of their distribution by Branches / customers
- Manage of Credit Cards Statements process related to printing, enveloping & distribution
- Back up as requested for Unit tasks and responsibilities in working group
- Support the Unit and serve as back up for any other duty delegated to the employee by supervisor.
- Holds a Bachelor Degree in Economy or other related field;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Highly Energetic and Cooperative
- Flexibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
