TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a qualified candidate to join the Product Management Department in the position:
Overall Job Definition
The Cards and E-Channels Officer shall be responsible for designing, developing, launching and managing the respective product features and related processes;
Main Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, launches, and manages respective product features and related processes;
- Monitors the products performance (new volumes, net growth, margins, NII, asset risk costs), and proposes corrective measures to his supervisor;
- Develops pricing profitability models for the line products;
- Provides monthly competitor analyses and market research analyses to maintain current knowledge of the industry situation;
- Analyses developments, identifies issues on the needs for product changes and organizes the relevant action plan to ensure business objectives are met;
- Budgets and forecasts per product new volume, revenue growth to meet the agreed objectives;
- Develops volumes, pricing and margins proposal per product line to meet the overall targets for each segment and agree with head of segments;
- Analyses the business report results – identifying opportunities and/or risks to the business;
- Prepares of quantitative and qualitative reports;
Competencies / Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economy or related discipline;
- Min 2+ years of banking experience, preferably in same positions;
- Very good knowledge on debit/credit card;
- Very good analytical skills;
- Able to process qualitative and quantitative reports;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Excellent knowledge of English language in written and oral;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft package (Work, Excel, Power Point);
