Vacancy Announcement
TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a dynamic candidate to join our Electronic Channels Department in the following position:
Overall Job Definition
Call Center Operator is responsible for performing customer-oriented telephone activities and various background operational duties. Also they perform risk monitoring process related to card transaction activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitors of cards’ Safeguard Alerts during the non-working hours;
- Evaluates alerts displayed and inform the respective supervisor in case those suspicious transactions have been noticed;
- Contacts the cardholders in case of suspicious transactions and take the necessary action in case of non-confirmed transaction or the client is not answering;
- Reports all the actions that they have taken during the shift related to alerts (transactions that have been confirmed/or not; the client that were not answered, etc.);
- Closes cards for cases that client has lost/stolen the credit card and executes the procedure of reissue a new one, if necessary;
- Supports Cardholders with different information on their account and card usage or in case of problems;
- Reports to the respective instance in case of problems with the ATM network, e-banking;
- Provides Customer information related to balance inquire, accounts;
- Provides Customer information regarding all products offered by the Bank (features, terms & conditions, etc.);
- Provides Customer support for e-banking service;
- Closes/reactivates of e-banking users contract status;
Competencies / Skills:
- University degree in Economic or other related fields;
- Similar working experience will be considered a plus;
- Very good communication skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Ability to work in a team,
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Very good knowledge in English language written and spoken;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft package;
