TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a qualified candidate to join our Loan Administration Department in the following position:

Overall Job Definition

The Business Loan Administration Officer is responsible for collecting and preparing all the documents after the loan is being approved up to disbursement/restructured, monitoring of the loan and maintenance of the credit file up to loan settlement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receives the necessary documentation from the relationship officer, in order to prepare the respective draft contracts in cooperation with Legal Department;
  • Cooperates and informs the Business Units, regarding the missing of required documents;
  • Prepares drafts of the contracts as per approval terms and conditions and finalizes them in cooperation with Legal Department;
  • Before the disbursement, completes the files with the requested documents as per approval;
  • Sets up the credit files according to the standards approved;
  • Prepares the Borrowers Position for disbursement/or informative purpose;
  • Makes all records in the systems offered by the bank, according to the manuals, procedures in force or instructions;
  • Is responsible for the renewal of the insurance policies on time;
  • Reviews repayment of the loans as per relationship officer’s requests;
  • Performs daily follow up of the customer’s notification for interest review of the loan;
  • Is responsible for strict implementation of the Bank’s policies and procedures;
  • Files properly the loan documentation in the credit file and fire proof cabinets;
  • Any other duty that is delegated by the supervisor.

Competencies / Skills:

  • University degree in Economic or other related fields;
  • Similar working experience 2+ years in the Banking Sector,
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team, under pressure and eager to learn;
  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure;
  • Ability to perform other duties of the department, when needed;
  • Excellent knowledge in English;
