ATM Support and Maintenance Specialist- Service Management Department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ATM
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ATM hardware and software issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and field engineers for maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure ATM uptime meets agreed service levels
  • Log, track and report incidents through the ticketing system
  • Support preventive maintenance schedules and firmware/software updates
  • Escalate critical issues in line with incident management procedures
  • Monitor and respond promptly to ATM alarms and alerts via Platforms implemented by the Bank
  • Manage the issues in ATM of Albania and assist branches to solve the technical problems on ATM
  • Follow the technical process for new ATM installations in Albania
  • Test and ensure that all new enhancements in ATM of Albania are according to the technical requirements and standards
  • Identify and test software bugs and forward them to the responsible parties
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ATM machines, including hardware and software problems
  • Follow up the issues, supply the requested information to the third-party provider and make sure that the suggested modifications are implemented on the system.
  • Follow up any issue with different support teams and ATM vendors for repairs, upgrades and complex issue resolution.
  • Be part of Stand by team to ensure the functionality of all ATMs in cooperation with branches and third parties during weekends and National Holidays
  1. POS
  • Prepare POS with software and encryption keys.
  • Test and ensure that all new enhancement in POS of Albania are according to the requirements
  • Test software bugs and forward them to the responsible parties.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor University diploma in one of following branches: Computer engineering, Informatics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ATM ,POS fields
  • Good knowledge of English Language to follow the documents, prepare reports and presentations.
  • Experience in ATM hardware/software support
  • Familiarity with incident and service management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills
  • Ability to work under SLA-driven environments
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Very Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of banking and financial transactions preferred
