Asst. Specialist/Specialist - Card & Payments Department​

Duties & Responsibilities

The main duties are related to products follow-up, such as preparation of product terms and conditions and their updates, related systems, reporting, communication with third parties, marketing etc. In details, refer to following list of duties:
  • Campaign management (campaign planning, approval, development, execution and follow up);
  • Promotional Campaign agreements.
  • Card stock management: card stock, monthly reconciliation and cards order.
  • Control of Invoices and prepare the related payments order.
  • Prepare Internal and external reporting.
  • Periodic competition analysis for cards, POS and payment.
  • POS installation and activation; POS vendor relation; POS data entry
  • Control POS of Albania in the field and ensure that all the POS are operating properly.
  • Ensure that Albanian merchant in which is installed the POS is conducting the business as declared and according to the respective agreement.
  • Manage the issues in POS and solve the problems on POS of Albania.
  • Test and ensure that all new enhancements in POS of Albania are according to the requirements and standards.
  • Follow accordingly all SLA defined in third parties agreement.
  • Maintenance, Revision and Updating all related document/manuals of Department
  • Inform and report the Department Manager about the problems that may occur during the job, together with proposed solutions and arrange adjustments when necessary and as required.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the banking sector will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English
