Purpose of position:
Application Management Specialist is responsible to assist the department achieve its goals and objectives. Following and Supporting escalated issues from Service Managements Team.
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree in Information Technology/Computer science
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of IT Systems
• Very good communication skills, self-confident and result oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Able and willing to work in team
• Availability to work overtime when needed
