We’re looking for an energetic and customer-driven Sales Desk Agent to join our airport team. If you enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and promote company services
- Handle bookings, contracts, and payments
- Upsell products and services to new customers
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (English required). Additional languages preferred: Italian, Spanish, German, or French
- Sales-oriented mindset and confident attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Sales or customer service experience is required. Previous experience in tourism is a plus
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Driving License - B
